Improper use may cause discoloration, increased odor from vapor buildup, or leaking. Use one diffuser per room. Replace the refill about every 30 days and the diffuser unit every 12 months. Only use in fully functioning 120-volt outlets. Leave four feet around diffuser and never plug it under shelves, behind furniture, near vents, or windows..
